Old Stone was officially formed in late 2023, with two Marine Brothers and a vision to bring true craftsmanship, uniqueness, and customer satisfaction to the forefront when building custom estates based purely on our client’s dreams.
Jared DeLee is a civil engineer with extensive experience as an engineering consultant and project manager, providing innovative solutions and ensuring projects progress according to plan and within defined budgets. He is also a savvy real estate investor, with a portfolio that includes multiple house flips and new custom home construction. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Jared brings discipline, precision, and a strong work ethic to each project. As the President of Old Stone, LLC Jared provides unwavering commitment to constructing high quality, and truly custom-built homes.

Josiah DeLee is a licensed realtor in Kansas and Missouri with a keen understanding of the real estate market. He is passionate about helping clients locate property, design, and ultimately build their dream estates. Josiah brings to Old Stone an extensive background in corporate finance and experience in multiple real estate investments across the country. With this experience, Josiah brings a strategic and analytical approach to every project at Old Stone. As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he applies leadership, discipline, and a results-driven mindset to all aspects of his work and constantly strives to be the very best version of himself for the ultimate benefit of his clients.
